And now it’s my turn to have that Constitution work for me, and time for me to be able to express my rights–not just defend it, but for me to actually BE a small business owner that can succeed and live the American Dream.” 🗣 Today I talk with gym owner and former US military officer Jeff Mahaffey from Arizona. Jeff fought back against shelter-in-place orders that required both of his business locations to shut down, despite the state refusing to show sufficient data or evidence to support that requirement. He realized putting food on the table was more important than the misdemeanor citations—willing to go to court if he had to to protect his freedoms as an American citizen. In this episode he also gives other small business owners some unique advice on how to move forward legally and keep businesses open during these overreaching executive orders.
